We may be different ages and we may have different goals. We may have different life experiences and different views. We may have different desires and different interests. However, the one thing we have in common is that we all go through life experiencing similar realities: good and bad times, life-giving and stress-producing times, heart-fulfilling and heart-breaking times, and moments we celebrate and moments through which we stuggle.
We can manage these situations alone, or we can try to make life easier and more meaningful by talking about our journeys with other men who share a common faith with us. As Catholic men we can bring these situations to God. This is precisely what we do in our Men's Spirituality Group. We journey with one another and we tackle life through the love of God, shared experiences, and brotherly fellowship.
Our gatherings are every last Tuesday night of the month from September to June from 7:00pm to 8:15pm (sometimes a little longer) in the dining room of St. Joseph Hall. Light snacks and beverages are usually served.
There are no membership requirements other than a genuine heart and an openness to sharing and discussing. We always welcome newcomers who can add another dimension or perspective to our time together. All male parishioners are invited and welcome to join us. If you are interested you can just show up, or if you have questions you can contact Ken Gorman by phone at 201-337-4707 or by e-mail at kengorman041963@gmail.com.
